ＲＣＭ‐６４９ Ｚ１０００ＭＫ２（その６）です！
This is the RCM-649 Z1000MK2 (Part 6), ordered by Mr. John Lewis from Australia!
現行マシンが採用しているカム式スターターワンウェイクラッチを装備した
フライホイールを取り付けました。
これは同時に充電圧も安定させられるジェネレーターのアップデートKITで
優秀な部品です。
A flywheel equipped with a cam-type starter one-way clutch, which is used in current vehicles, is installed.
This is an excellent component in the generator update kit that can also simultaneously stabilizing the charging voltage.
ドライブチェーンラインＥＶＯシステムのアウトプットシャフトにフラットな
ドライブスプロケットを取り付けました。
この状態でリアワイドタイヤ化に適したドライブチェーンラインになっている
ＲＣＭならではの優れた構造です。
A flat drive sprocket is installed on the output shaft of the drive chainline EVOLUTION system.
This is an excellent structure unique to RCM that makes the drive chainline suitable for wide rear tires in this condition.
ヨシムラミクニ製 TMR-MJN キャブレターと、ASウオタニ製ツインプラグ専用
点火ユニットを取り付けました。
エンジンメニューにおいて何より重要視すべきツインプラグ化は Mr.John Lewisも
よくご存知な事でした。
A Yoshimura-Mikuni TMR-MJN carburetor and a dedicated twin-plug ignition unit made by AS Otani were installed.
As Mr. John Lewis is well aware, the twin plug ignition is the most critical item when it comes to engine components.
ツインプラグ化で追加になったイグニッションコイルを固定するブラケットは
ワンオフで製作したもの。
The bracket for fixing the ignition coil, which was added for the twin plugs, is a one-off fabricated product.
続いてはブレーキ回りをフイニッシュさせる事に。
Next, we decided to finish the brake area.
ブレーキホースは車体に合わせて鉸めるホース、イタリアＡｌｌｅｇｒｉ製
ショルトシステムです。
The brake hoses are braided hoses made to fit the chassis, a Scholt system made by Allegri of Italy.
ＲＣＭではステアリングステムに取り付けた３Ｗａｙジョイントを経由させて
ブレーキホースを組むのが通例。
In RCM, the brake hoses are assembled via a 3-way joint attached to the steering stem.
フロントフォークが伸びきった状態と沈み切った状態とで、どちらでも問題が
起こらないホースワークに組み立てます。
The hoses are made with a length that ensures issues do not arise when the front suspension is either fully extended or fully compressed.
そして、ペイントが仕上がった外装パーツを取り付ける事に。
The painted exterior components are then installed.
